Aruba Sur Mer has a spectacular ocean view and a great beach location. From the front porch you can see magnificent sunsets, and from the pool and pool deck in the backyard you can watch the sunrise! The Villa is surrounded by lovely, tropical gardens.

 

The Villa was completely renovated recently with all new furniture and appliances, a European Kitchen, and modern bathrooms, doors and windows. Master bedroom with king-size, ocean view, bathroom en-suite, with double vanity and dual shower.

Second bedroom has 2 twin size beds, 3rd bedroom has a king-size bed. These 2 rooms share the hallway bathroom with double vanity and shower. The 4th bedroom is located in the villa’s guesthouse, attached to the main house, but with a private entrance.

Additionally, we have now committed to the Green Energy movement and have installed a late-generation wind turbine and solar panels to complement our electrical consumption needs. We pride ourselves in being the first to do so within the local community and foresee many more eco-friendly initiatives in the future.

Aruba Sur Mer Villa is only minutes away from Fisherman's Huts, known for its constant winds for kite, windsurfing and even

yoga-boarding. 'The front yard' is always great for stand up paddle-boarding, snorkeling and occasionally has good waves

for surfing as well. 

 

Sunset cocktails are a favorite activity under the palapa cove by the private backyard pool. The world-famous Tierra del Sol Golf and Country Club is a mere 2-minute drive away, where one can golf, tennis, gym and enjoy a wonderful spa. Exciting evening activities and top-ranking culinary restaurants are a mere 5-minute drive away. We pride ourselves on the quality and upkeep of our home, making sure our guests have all that they need. 

 

Aruba’s famous white sandy Malmok Beach, Tres Trapi (Translated; Three Steps) secluded Beach, Boca Catalina Beach and Arashi Beach are just minutes away from the villa and the clear water ocean is ideal for both swimming and snorkeling.
